Forging in house
• M8 to M24arefromColdForged • M 27 to M 72 are from Hot Forging (with high quality dies & fixtures)
Heat Treatment
• With controlled atmosphere and temperature controls.
• Each & every batch of heat treatment is checked with all standard parameter.
Bolts thread rolled
• After heat treatment to give extra strength and fatigue life to the threads • All threads are checked by Calibrated Ring & Plug Gauges. • Thread Rolling capability upto 100MM
